There are Kontakt libraries like ACTION STRINGS and EMOTIVE STRINGS where real motifs and patterns - rhythmic, legato. etc - are provided to be playable for speedy workflow - these use actual recorded motifs but with a good string library like BBC SO - one could achieve very close results with careful use of MIDI and articulation changes and use of CC values.
Being able to craft up cinematic type 'cues'with one's own chord changes- in BIAB would - I think with all the recent work and changes with the BIAB plugin - with separate MIDI outputs for example be very desirable. It would make the combination of BIAB styles targeting BBC SO directly an extremely handy tool fro inspiration, professional composer productivity under huge time restraints or budgets - and also just for inspiration.
